In this heartfelt open letter, I write to each of my former military supervisors who gave me a 4 out of 5 rating (or lower) on an annual Enlisted Performance Report. It’s an uncomfortable topic. For many years, I’ve held onto a lot of hate and frustration. At this moment, I feel great to get this weight off my chest candidly.
