Could I reach the fitness level I had at age 23 before I reach age 43?

I think I can achieve a physique and fitness level similar to the one I had at age 23. I think that’s reachable by age 43 — December 2023.

I want to run 400 meters and 59 seconds or faster.

And even if it’s not a realistic goal, I like the challenge of it. Recently, I decided the external factors I’m going to use to achieve my fitness goal are running again and looking good naked.

Specifically, I want to run 400 meters and 59 seconds or faster. I’ve tried various goals that aren’t interesting enough to keep my attention — reach 22% body fat, reach 200 pounds/91 kilograms, eat more leafy greens, etc. So, I’m going to try this very specific fitness goal instead. Of course, I’ll build a running and strength training plan for the goal.

I suspect what will happen is that I’ll push myself to reach the run goal, and I’ll add healthier eating habits to my life as a secondary goal to the 400 meter run.

With looking good naked, I just want to look fit in and out of my clothes. I want to be proud of the body I see when I get out of the shower. I don’t want to feel like I can barely breathe when I reach to tie my shoe laces.

Tomorrow, I’ll play around with some ChatGPT prompts to build a running program. I’m sure I’ll have to make some tweaks and modifications. I will post up what I come up with. By the way, tomorrow can mean any of the tomorrows because that’s who I am as a person. I’m just being honest.
