I’m working out again.

I’m not on a strict schedule. For each week, I’ve set a goal to workout 4 times: 2 days with 30 minutes of cardio and two days of weightlifting. It’s a very low impact goal.

I’d forgotten how much exercising impacts my mood. It feels really good to be exercising again.
