My daughter is me. I thought it was my son, but I wasn’t paying attention well enough. Maddalyn is textbook ADHD and extrovert. She’s a people-loving, singing out loud Artist.

I watched this morning’s swim lessons with full smile — the whole time. Maddalyn looked more confident, and Aiden is more focused. We’re winning at swimming.

My kids don’t make friends when we meet new people. They make partners in pandemonium.

The kids are in swim lessons for four mornings each week for two weeks. It’s going well. It’s also painful. Also, also it feels great, and I’m glad their dad got out of his comfort zone.
