I was listening to the song in my head this morning, Take a Bow by Madonna, and wondering if Babyface offered this song to Toni Braxton. To be clear, I think Madonna nailed it; I just like to imagine.
I’m not 100% Babyface wrote this song, but it sounds like a Babyface song and that sounds like Babyface in the background vocals. That logic led me to wonder if there’s a universe where Toni Braxton sung this song – and sung the hell out of it.
We’ll never know.
