I get a chuckle when in Isaac Asimov’s stories he mentions someone lighting up a cigarette or cigar. Asimov didn’t imagine a future where smoking indoors would be widely banned.

It’s not something that’s haha funny, but it’s nerd amusing. Naturally, while I’m listening to audiobooks I’m creating the imagery in my thoughts, and it’s so weird to imagine someone lighting a cigarette in a laboratory or office.

Smoking is so foreign now.
