Houses in Wonderland

I don’t know how my sweet, stubborn daughter manages such spectacular phonetic interpretations of certain words and phrases, but I’ll feel a little bit terrible if her adorable attempts turn out to be a learning disability.

Until I can be certain, I remain fully amused by he mispronunciations.

Here are a few:

• Houses in Wonderland = Alice on Wonderland
• Flew Flays Fiasco = Lupe Fiasco
• Mo Pup Syrup = Maple Syrup

It makes me smile very big.

I might have mentioned in an earlier post that the kids and I started listening to Alice in Wonderland via Amazon Audible. For the last two nights, Maddalyn has asked for the bedtime story reading to make sure I don’t forget.

There’s no chance I’ll forget. I’m reeled into the shenanigans of the little British girl too.
