Many ideas, very little asking for help

Asking for help with my ideas is a foreign concept.

I have a lot of ideas that need funding, that needs extra hands.

This morning, I realized I haven’t asked for help. There are small business loans available; there’s crowdfunding as an option. Might even be some grants. I haven’t done the research – which is to say that I haven’t asked for help.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about crowdfunding Book 1. I’ve actually been thinking about that a lot. Yeah, it gets a little muddy when I think about what I need money for. I can think of only two things: money for hiring an editor and the cost of paperback/hardback prints.

In whatever Book 1 launch scenario, I need to have this first draft done. I don’t have a completed draft (or a completed outline 😕 ), so I guess I’m just fantasizing about planning.

I love the idea of the project, so it’s not going anywhere until it’s done – like most of these brilliant ideas.
