Today, I had the first appointment with my new dentist, and I left feeling like I picked a winner. First try!
I credit my habit/obsession for doing the research — something for which I’m grateful to the military.
I won’t go into all the sources and info I used to pick my dental provider, but the key factors looked like this:
- Website – logical structure; content; age; branding
- Dentist’s History – past work experience
- Insurance
- Location – proximity to home
- Available Dental Services/Specialties
The staff and doctor were willing to educate me. They were very patient and thorough. It was awesome.
I should probably use this for a review.
